Interfine

 Interfine acrylic polysiloxane is chosen for the worlds most iconic projects like the London Eye and the Beijing Olympics.  Its colour and gloss lasts four times longer than traditional finishes, meaning less maintenance and less cost. 

 Ideally suited for application on both new construction and maintenance projects in a wide range of atmospheric conditions, Interfine will offer corrosion protection which can be caused by the detrimental effects of natural sunlight.

 Interfine 878 

A high performance, two component, high solids finish which contains no free isocyanates, offers compliance to current VOC legislation, and affords extended lifetime to first maintenance when utilised as part of a high performance anticorrosive system.Interfine 878 offers superior gloss and colour retention and provides significantly improved resistance to yellowing & chalking when compared to typical conventional topcoats including catalysed acrylic, and polyurethane finishes.

Interfine 1080 

A patented technology, high performance, low VOC single pack acrylic polysiloxane finish coat containing no free isocyanates.

Interfine 629HS 

A low VOC, high performance, two component, isocyanate free crosslinking acrylic finish which provides good durability in terms of colour and gloss retention.

Intercure 99

Intercure® 99 is the latest development from International Paint allowing customers to achieve strong anti-corrosive performance and durable colour and gloss from just one, fast curing product as well as making it possible to reduce the number of layers needed in a system. 

 Intercure 99 can be utilised as a direct to metal primer finish, replacing a typical two coat system for ISO 12944 C3 environments.  Alternatively, in more severe environments, it can be used as the finish coat of a two coat system, replacing the conventional three layer system.   

 Intercure 99 dries hard in just 1 ½ hours at 25°C (77°F) and when combined with Interzinc® 52 zinc rich epoxy primer as a two coat system for ISO 12944 C5 environments, the system is hard dry and ready to move in just 4 ½ hours at this temperature.

 Compare this to a typical zinc rich epoxy primer, epoxy intermediate and polyurethane topcoat system which dries hard in 14 hours, Intercure 99 offers a productivity saving of nearly 200%; and even more at lower temperatures.

The high volume solids formula in Intercure 99 leads to thicker applied films resulting in excellent performance through fewer coats. The use of fewer layers can also give reductions in volatile organic compounds (VOC) emissions entering the atmosphere. The two-layer system with Intercure 99 contains about 40 percent fewer VOCs than the comparable three-layer system. 

The exciting combination of excellent productivity and environmental benefits makes Intercure 99 ideal for use where steel or original equipment manufactures (OEM) equipment needs to be moved quickly for example wind tower sections, silos and cranes. 

Interthane 990 

 A two component acrylic polyurethane finish giving excellent durability and long term recoatability.

Suitable for use in both new construction and as a maintenance finish with can be used in a wide variety of environments including offshore structures, chemical and petrochemical plants, bridges, pulp and paper mills, and in the power industry. Wide range of color via the Chromascan system. High gloss

Interthane 870 

A two component, high build, acrylic polyurethane finish giving excellent durability and long term recoatability.Suitable for use in both new construction and as a maintenance finish with can be used in a wide variety of environments including offshore structures, chemical and petrochemical plants, bridges, pulp and paper mills, and in the power industry. Wide range of color via the Chromascan system. Semigloss.

Intergard 740 

A two component epoxy finish coat suitable for brush, roller and spray application.

As a tough, hard wearing finish for application over properly primed surfaces. Exhibits good abrasion resistance, and affords good protection against spills and splashes of a range of chemicals such as acids, alkalis, solvents, and salt solutions. Suitable for use in a wide range of environments including offshore structures, petrochemical facilities, bridges, pulp and paper mills, and power industry. High gloss. Wide range of color via the Chromascan system.

Intertuf 127 

A two component, high build, hydrocarbon modified epoxy meeting the requirements of the Swedish anti-corrosive standard SIS 185 205. Designed for use severely corrosive environments. Wide range of color via the Chromascan system. Semigloss.
